Service Terms

The standard HourFound Blueprint offer and how it works. Updated September 5, 2026.

This page describes the service offered on our website. The engagement's scope, payment arrangements and any additional terms are confirmed in writing before work begins. Sending an inquiry does not purchase a Blueprint or subscribe your firm to ongoing support.

The Blueprint

The standard Blueprint costs $2,500 as a one-time fee. It includes up to six individual interviews, a live 30-minute walkthrough and six deliverables:

• Ranked opportunities to recover time across your firm.
• Tool recommendations and supporting vendor evidence.
• Before-and-after workflow maps.
• Time and cost estimates with the assumptions made explicit.
• A prioritized 90-day action plan.
• Draft governance materials for your CCO or counsel to review.

Delivery is five business days after the final interview. The firm leader's interview takes about 45 minutes; up to five colleagues each take about 30 minutes. The walkthrough takes an additional 30 minutes.

Implementation and professional review

The Blueprint is analysis and a plan. Implementation and third-party software purchases are not included in the Blueprint fee. Your firm decides whether to adopt a recommendation, approves tools and data use, and assigns people to implement and review the work.

HourFound provides operational and AI-governance support. It is not a law firm, a compliance consultant of record or an investment adviser, and does not provide legal, compliance or investment advice. Your CCO or counsel reviews draft governance materials and makes all supervisory determinations.

The Found-Time Guarantee

If the final Blueprint identifies less than 100 hours of potential annual time savings across your firm, using the workflow inputs and assumptions agreed during the diagnostic, HourFound refunds the $2,500 Blueprint fee and you keep the work.

The guarantee concerns modeled opportunities identified in the final Blueprint. Estimates are not a promise of realized savings, additional revenue or reduced cash costs. Actual results depend on implementation and adoption. Illustrative examples on the website are not customer results.

To discuss the guarantee or request a refund under it, reply to your HourFound engagement contact or send us an inquiry identifying your firm and Blueprint. Please omit client-identifying information.

Optional ongoing support and the Blueprint credit

The Blueprint is a standalone engagement and yours to keep whether or not you continue. Fractional AI Officer support is optional, with scope and pricing agreed with your firm. The Blueprint fee is credited in full toward the program if you continue; the support proposal explains how that credit is applied.

Any minimum commitment, billing schedule and cancellation terms for ongoing support are set out in the written engagement terms before you proceed.

Information provided during the engagement

Recommendations and estimates depend on the workflow information and assumptions discussed with your team. Please flag material omissions or inaccuracies during the review. Interviews are recorded and transcribed to prepare the work; see our Privacy Policy for data handling and requests.
