Who conducts the interviews and reviews the work?
Ana, our AI interviewer, guides each participant through questions about their role and workflows. The HourFound team reviews the final priorities, tool recommendations and draft governance materials before delivery.
How much of our team's time does this take?
The firm leader completes a 45-minute interview and joins a 30-minute Blueprint walkthrough. Up to five colleagues each complete a separate interview of about 30 minutes. No preparation or group scheduling is required.
Do we need to share client names or account details?
No. Describe your workflows using examples such as “a client” or “a typical account.” Please omit client names, account numbers and other identifying details. Ana reminds participants of this at the start of the interview.
How do you handle interview data?
Interviews are recorded and transcribed to prepare your Blueprint. HourFound and its contracted infrastructure and AI providers process the information to deliver the service. We do not sell interview data or use it to train public models. Deletion requests are subject to applicable legal and operational retention requirements. Read about data handling and requests.
We already use a meeting-notes tool. Will this still help?
The review looks beyond meeting notes at onboarding, client service, billing, reporting and compliance. We start with your existing systems and assess where a workflow change or another tool could be worthwhile.
Do you implement the tools for us?
Implementation is not included in the Blueprint fee. Your plan identifies the sequence, proposed owners and review points so your team can carry it out. Optional ongoing support includes working sessions to help resolve obstacles.
Do vendors pay for your recommendations?
We sell no software. Any referral fees are disclosed; we do not accept undisclosed fees. Recommendations consider your workflows, existing systems, budget and review requirements, and explain which options we ruled out and why.
What does the Found-Time Guarantee cover?
If the final Blueprint identifies less than 100 hours of potential annual time savings across your firm, using the workflow inputs and assumptions agreed during the diagnostic, we refund the Blueprint fee and you keep the work. It covers the opportunities identified in the plan; realized savings depend on implementation and adoption. See the guarantee details.
Is this compliance or legal advice?
No. We prepare supporting analysis, an AI-use inventory, an ownership map and draft governance materials. Your CCO or counsel reviews them and makes the supervisory decisions.
Do we have to take ongoing support?
No. The Blueprint is a standalone engagement, and you keep it whether or not you continue. Optional support includes quarterly follow-up interviews, updated priorities, tool reviews and governance-document updates.
